Delivery Details

WE CAN ONLY SUPPLY POM-V & POM-VPS PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS IN THE UK

To keep our prices as keen as possible, we do not hold a lot of stock at our premises. We order stock from our wholesalers daily and can generally be available for dispatch within a day or two. If you require the order in a hurry – please contact us before placing your order to check availability. 

We try our best to keep the website up to date regarding stock availability but unfortunately from time to time some products may be Out Of Stock with our suppliers – If we are unable to fill your order due to a supply issue – we will contact you and can arrange a refund. 

POM-V products can only be dspatched to the address given on the vets prescription provided. If you require it to be sent to a different address - please have your vet note this on the presscription. 

Fridge/Refrigerated items  – These orders will only be dispatched by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked or Special Delivery service on Monday,Tuesdays & Wednesdays – and will require a signature in delivery. These items will be packed with a cool pack(s) to ensure that the product temperature is maintained between 2-8oC during transportation. We can not get guaranteed Next day delivery to certain UK postcode locations – for more information please see *Postcodes and exception. 

Orders can only be dispatched afterr our vets carry out their paperwork checks. We will update you with tracking details to confirm when your order has been dispatched

We do not offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service.

Bank holidays and courier delays may also cause delays in delivery. 

Orders will be dispatched via either Royal Mail or by courier. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays. 

With our standard delivery – You should receive your order in 2 – 4 days following dispatch.
