Delivery Details

If we have the product/s in stock:

Non prescription items – Orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Prescription items – Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving completed, original, valid prescription.

Refrigerated items  – These orders will only be dispatched by courier or Royal Mail on Monday,Tuesdays & Wednesdays – to ensure items arrive to you in the best condition. These items will be sent with a cool pack to ensure that the product temperature is maintained between 2-8oC during transportation. Products will be packaged in such a way as to prevent direct contact with the cool pack.  

** If the product/s are not in stock with us – we will have to order in and this may take a few days. If you require the order in a hurry – please contact us before placing your order to check availability. **

Bank holidays and courier delays may also cause delays in delivery. 

Unfortunately we are ONLY ABLE to sell POM-V & POM-VPS products to the UK.

Orders will be dispatched via either Royal Mail or by courier. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays. 

With our standard delivery – You should receive your order in 2 – 3days following dispatch.
